Features:

A high percentage have:
Severe mental retardation
a thalassemia
Normal birth weight
Neonatal hypotonia
Characteristic face
Microcephaly
Genital abnormalities
Skeletal abnormalities
Short stature
Gut dysmotily

A fewer number have:
Cardiac defects
Renal/Urinary abnormalities
Seizures
